I wanted to learn more about digital floral design to elevate my work in unique and beautiful ways. When I saw the post for Denise's spring workshop on Facebook, I immediately saved the post because I knew I wanted to participate when I had the time and money. I kept seeing the ads on my feed -- which was a clear sign that the time is now and that joining would be an investment in me and my growth as an aspiring illustrator and surface designer. So I found the time and money and joined! It was one of the BEST decisions I've made so far this year. The breadth and depth of knowledge that Denise has and shares with you in the workshop is truly awe inspiring. She takes you on an educational journey of digital floral design -- a great balance of structure, technique, and creativity. I've begun to look at flowers and plants through a more intentional lens thanks to Denise -- which has also shaped my creative approach for incorporating flowers and plants into my designs. I can't wait to apply the things I've learned in this workshop. And more importantly, I can't wait to learn and grow more as an artist through her upcoming seasonal workshops. Florals for Products course is perfect for anyone wanting to get started in digital graphics. The course is well-paced, starting with many basics of Procreate and drawing from references. It progresses to include more detailed drawings with variety, working with fabulous color palettes, and then to create a final bouquet ready for printing. Denise is very knowledgeable and experienced.
